Connector Optics LLC is a high speed 850 nm vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) and p-i-n photodiode epiwafer manufacturer. The company offers VCSEL based solutions for data transmission via optical fiber networks at speeds beyond 25 Gbit/s per channel. Connector Optics has its own capacity for design and fabrication of innovative nanotechnology products of various purposes: laser diodes, incl. VCSELs, p-i-n photodiods, microwave transistors and diodes, etc. Company production facilities are equipped with the state of the art Riber 49 MBE machine with various material sources available for use, and advanced characterization tools.
